WITH ALL DUE RESPECT:

Are you crazy? How on earth can you write such nonsense? Do you actually think that if you as a dog owner remain composed, and that if your dog is well-trained, another dog will not attack it????

I've seen, and many many other dog owners have been witness to unprovoked attacks by dogs whose owners train them to be vicious, or if they happen to look away the moment their dog comes into proximity with yours. You can't stop the attack by remaining composed.

By experience, the only things you can do to protect your dog are to pull yours away from the path of the oncoming dog, or if an aggressive dog is loose and gets too close to yours, you threaten the other with a stick or other weapon to protect both your self and your dog. That's just common sense.

Don't advise people that way, because it's stupid!
